Ron C. Diegelman has more than 40 years of experience in all facets of business with particular emphasis on finance, marketing and operations of customer focused service firms. Mr. Diegelman also has extensive experience in newly formed and emerging businesses and serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Emerging Technology Centers advising early stage companies in resolving a multitude of challenges.

Mr. Diegelman is currently Chief Financial Office and Co-Founder of Consumer Health Technologies, Inc. and MyHealthFunds, Inc. As co-founder Mr. Diegelman assisted in raising initial capital for these two start-up companies and in closing the first round of institutional funding.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Diegelman was a Partner at MMS Advisors LLC, providing Executive Decision Support services to companies in a wide variety of businesses who are looking to improve their operational and financial performance.

Prior to joining MMS Advisory LLC, Mr. Diegelman was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dakota Imaging, Inc. He led the Company's reorganization efforts, developed functional organizational structure, revised business model and recruited key team members to refocus the company. Mr. Diegelman's efforts resulted in acquisition of the Company to a New York Stock Exchange Company.

Mr. Diegelman was also an executive with Ernst & Young LLP for more than 20 years, ultimately retired as a Partner. During his tenure with Ernst & Young, among several of his accomplishments, he directed and facilitated success of Maryland Region Entrepreneur of The Year program during its first seven years.

Mr. Diegelman serves on the boards of several companies and has been named Loyola College 1990 Outstanding Accounting Alumnus. Mr. Diegelman graduated from Loyola College with a B.S. degree in Accounting and from Kellogg School of Business, Ernst & Young Executive Program. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
